Dale Green
Lead Pastor, Elder

Dale joined the team in 2014. His role is primarily concerned with helping people trust their lives to a good a beautiful God, who is better than we might have even suspected. This will always be experienced first within the sphere of relationships. He does this by overseeing the preaching ministry and seeks to support and develop ways to help people become healthy disciples of Jesus. In his spare time, Dale loves to hang out with his wife, Laura, three great kids, and new granddaughter. He also loves to eat (especially meat pies and fish n' chips after being overseas for 23 years!), read good theology books (yes, it's true)... and have become a big fan recently of 'The Mentalist'. Don't judge him...
Jarrod Flack
Generations Pastor

Jarrod joined the team in 2013. He sees his role as a privilege as he gets to speak into the lives of youth and young adults as they make significant life transitions and discover what a personal faith looks like in the real world. He is passionate about helping to lead the church to be all God has called her to be.
In his spare time, Jarrod is mostly with his amazing family. Coffee with his wife, Natalie, building lego with his boys and playing tea parties with his daughters. When he isn't with them, he loves fishing, long boarding, kayak fishing and hunting.
Edwin Del Pilar
Multicultural Ministries Pastor

Edwin joined the team as a pastor in 2004. He is passionate about meeting people from other cultures, learning from them, hearing their life stories and journey in the Christian faith. His role means he gets to do all of this, plus provide pastoral support, oversee the multicultural LifeGroups of EBC and assist in the integration of new people into the body of Christ.
In his spare time, Edwin will can be found in the outdoors - going fishing with his wife, Rachel, and their four boys, enjoying God's creation, and having meals with friends and their LifeGroup.
Lea Berry
Pastoral Assistant

Lea has been part of our team since 2013 and has been attending EBC since 1973. She assists the Women's Pastor in providing pastoral care to the women of EBC. She desires to see people succeed in dealing with the issues they face in life within a Biblical perspective. As such, she is passionate about people and walking alongside them in their difficulties. She loves doing whatever necessary to show people that Jesus loves them.
In her spare time she spends time with her husband, Neil, babysits any of her 7 grandkids, cooks, reads and participates in many arts and craft activities.
  Hannah Juanta
Youth Director

Hannah joined our team in 2014 as a Youth Worker, but as of 2017, now sits as a part of the Generations Ministry as the Youth Director. She facilitates a team in preparing term programmes for the youth group and acts as a contact person for people who might have questions about youth at EBC. She loves that she is part of an awesome team seeking to see youth draw nearer to the heart of God, connecting their own story with His. She is passionate about seeing a generation rise up and represent the church in new and dynamic ways through developing peer relationships, and learning and growing together as they discover more about who God is in their lives. In her spare time, Hannah reads, writes, goes on walks with her husband Jotham and daughter Esperanza, watches TV shows and goes out for coffees with people!
   Eliud Kali'alaha
Creative Ministries Director

Eliud joined our team in 2012. Along with Hannah, he assists Jarrod in the youth ministry. He does this by getting involved and sharing life with EBC's youth generation, including influencing each other's spiritual journey through the Word of God. He loves to lean more about his strengths and weaknesses through serving as a youth leader.  He is passionate about knowing and learning each person's unique individuality and abilities.
In his spare time, Eliud likes to learn new skills, from cutting wood in the Blokes' Shed to working digitally, editing with multimedia programs on the computer and learning random musical instruments.
  Grace Dickson

Grace joined the team in 2010. She is a details person, so loves sitting down and getting stuck into something. In her role, she looks after what happens on the site, including outside hires, policies, procedures, the website, the database etc. She loves that what she does behind the scenes means the pastors and other volunteers are released to serve God's people without having to worry about the nitty gritty details. She is passionate about seeing people connect their stories with God's story. In her free time, Grace enjoys reading, watching TV shows (on DVD of course, coz who has time for ads?!?) and spending time with her dogs.
Heather Sherry
Finance Officer

Heather has been part of our team since 2008. She is passionate about relationships and serving the wider church. Her role means she handles the church finances, books in pastoral appointments for people and helps to serve those who come through the office door.

She loves to quilt, cook and be in the outdoors, especially camping. In the future, she would love to be able to travel around Australia with her husband Keith and be available for (future) grandchildren.
Steve Byard

Steve has been attending EBC since 2008. He is passionate about music and really enjoys the role of worship leader on Sundays. Steve is pleased to serve as an Elder and to be a part of the great community at EBC.

Family time is important to Steve and he enjoys relaxing with his wife Carolyn and daughters, Milly and Jemima. Reading, walking the dog, swimming, bike rides and pretty much anything sports related are what occupies his spare time.
  Trevor Nowak

Trevor has attended EBC since the mid-80s and enjoys the fellowship that comes with being a member of this church community. Having been involved in many church-related roles over the years, Trevor has sensed God’s call into a leadership role as an Elder. With the support & encouragement of his wife, Judy, Trevor seeks to serve the EBC community. Trevor is a Registered Nurse, currently working at Calvary North Adelaide in an operational management role. Trevor is also involved in Chaplaincy with motorcycling, serving at Gillman Speedway & other venues, as well as being an active member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA). Trevor & Judy love their family greatly, and especially enjoy being grandparents. Trevor & Judy enjoy the opportunity to have caravan holidays with family & friends.
